• Generate AI-powered text and images
• Store and organize media assets
• Collaborate in workspaces

3. Account Registration

You must:

• Be at least 16 years old
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Connected Social Accounts

When connecting social media accounts:

• You authorize us to access and post on your behalf
• You must have authority to connect those accounts
• You remain subject to each platform's terms of service
• We are not responsible for platform policy changes

5. AI-Generated Content

Regarding AI features:

• AI-generated content is provided "as-is"
• You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing
• AI may occasionally produce inaccurate or inappropriate content
• You retain responsibility for all published content
• We do not guarantee specific results from AI features

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Post spam, malware, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Use the service for illegal activities
• Violate social platform policies

7. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of your original content
• You grant us a license to display and process your content
• AI-generated content: You receive rights to use generated content for your purposes
• We retain rights to our platform, technology, and branding

8. Payment and Subscriptions

• Certain features may require paid subscriptions
• Prices are subject to change with notice
• Refunds are handled per our refund policy
• Non-payment may result in service suspension

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the service "as is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party platform actions

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from:
